Did this class ever get revived? I would LOVE to join! Even the location is perfect and I’m a senior who works. Most classes of any kind for seniors are in the daytime. Please tell me this class is still going on!
I wish I had a seniors class, at any time. Unfortunately, the only option at this point, if you are in good health and active, would be to come to me for a private class to assess your abilities and suggest modifications you can use during regular classes as needed. I would remind you during class and cue you as much as I can without diverting attention from the others. The first class is free, so even if it doesn’t work for you, you will still have only paid for a personalized sequence of modified poses you can use to work toward joining a Level 1 class. I look forward to hearing from you if this seems like a good idea.
