If you have ever been in yoga classes that kept on moving as you struggled, its time to try my class. Because I am a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor with 30 years of training, I’ve learned how to help people understand and improve the poses that challenge them. Our system uses sequencing of poses, creative adaptations and yoga props to give you the sense of the pose as you train your body and mind to improve it. It may still be a struggle, but it will be one with direction and purpose. Classes are congenial and students receive individual attention. Join us at The Next Level Fitness, Queensloch Studios or book a private class and experience yoga in a deep, joyful way.
