I have been reading a lot lately about “senior yoga” or “gentle yoga”. I am 71 and would like to address some muscle and joint issues. Do y ou offer something like that at your studio? If not, could you suggest someone in my general area (Westbury/Meyerland/Bellaire) who does offer it?Thanks!
I teach a vibrant group of seniors at the Houston Center for Reform Judaism at 801 Bering drive on Mondays from 10:00-11:15 am. Contact Melissa Wolfson at 713-782-4162 to join our class. If the distance seems daunting you could carpool with me or another member of the class who lives in the Meyerland/Westbury area if you are willing to come to our house. Otherwise, Gudrin Danberg teaches a wonderful class for seniors at the Jewish Community Center.
