Yoga is HAPPENING at The Next Level Fitness, 3811 Law Street. I’ll be adding a THIRD class there beginning June 1, 2012. This one-hour class will meet from 10-11 am on Fridays. This pairs nicely with the class from 10-11 am on Wednesday mornings giving an opportunity to study twice per week. If you are new to yoga it will give you a foundation of skills needed to practice yoga safely, effectively and with joy. If you’ve practiced yoga but are interested in the Iyengar approach, we will refine your skills and strive to eliminate any problems you may have had with your practice. Above all, we will practice in an atmosphere of mutual support and respect and explore our strengths and weaknesses with compassionate determination.
