This class is appropriate for beginners and for those with some experience with Iyengar yoga. Basic poses are explored with emphasis on technique, alignment, form and the use of props to make poses more beneficial to the student. It is an active class and everyone works at their own level, but everyone works. Each individual receives instruction according to their need. No one in this class is perfect!
