The Slow and Easy Yoga class will begin on Monday, March 5, 2012 from 6:30-7:30 pm at my home studio in Meyerland. This is one of my favorite classes to teach and to practice. It is beneficial to a wide range of people – those who are deconditioned due to illness, injury or focus on other life priorities. I teach this class to office workers to relieve the stress of corporate life. Long-time yoga students improve their alignment with the supportive poses taught in this class. The breathing and relaxation at the end of class are beneficial to all.
