My focus in January will be to come to your practice with a fresh, inquisitive mind. Too often we get stuck in a rut, we stay in our familiar comfort zone. But what happens if you change some element of a familiar pose? How do you react to that change? Can you detatch your mind from the actions, complaints and discomforts of the body? Yoga gives us practice in that skill. Give yourself the gift of change by committing to a yoga class and a yoga practice. You might be surprised at how good you feel!
